Wall Based

My wall based works function as both studies for my objects and as artworks in their own right. They allow me to think through form, scale, and material relationships in a more immediate and exploratory way. While some ideas move from the wall into three dimensional space, others remain intentionally unresolved, held in the space of drawing or image.

I work across print, paint, pastel, pencil, and ink, often layering processes to test structure, rhythm, and repetition. These works serve as a place for experimentation, problem solving, and quiet observation. Rather than acting as documentation, they operate as parallel objects, offering a different pace and intimacy than my sculptural work while remaining deeply connected to it.
